On weekends there is often a “Lovo”, this is a traditional way of underground cooking. Stones are heated in a fire when the wood is burned down and the stones are hot, wrapped food is placed over the stones and all is covered with leaves and earth and allowed to slowly cook. A delicious way of preparing food.
